Ingredients : Cream, leeks 13%, celery 12%, pre-fried eggplant 12% (eggplant, sunflower seed oil), peas 12%, water, carrots 9%, bell peppers 6%, tomato pulp, extra-virgin olive oil, rice starch, salt, pepper, acidity regulator: lactic acid.

NORCINA SAUCE WITH SAUSAGE & TRUFFLE


Ingredients : Pork sausage (pork, salt, pepper) 55%, water, cream, wine, onion, extra virgin olive oil, vegetable fiber, black truffle cream 1,3% (truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 75%, olive oil, salt), rice starch, garlic, rosemary, truffle aroma.
