HARE SAUCE

A refined sauce typical of the Tuscan tradition that exalts its flavour. A simple recipe that combines an extremely high percentage of meat with laurel, wine and vegetables that soften the wild nature of the hare. That's why it is a smooth sauce, suitable for all palates.

Ingredients:
hare meat 60%, adult bovine meat 10%, tomato pulp, double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), salt, garlic, pepper, bay leaf.
